Return Policy

Returns must be completed within 15 days of arrival (in new condition with tags attached). Once the package is received by us, we will issue a full refund onto the card used for purchase. Please list your order # on the package.

For exchanges, email td@thegoldparrot.com.

For returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping.
